We currently offer two different types of yoga offered: Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga and Gentle Yoga.
Hatha-Vinyasa & Vinyasa Yoga Hatha yoga is a path towards creating energetic, emotional and physical balance and uniting opposites. Vinyasa yoga uses the breath to guide us through flowing yoga poses as well as those which are held longer. Our yoga classes are all a blend of both styles of yoga. Results are increased strength, stamina and flexibility. The classes always ends with relaxation to assimilate the benefits of the postures and instill a lovely sense of serenity.
Gentle Yoga is a class that moves slowly and focuses on each individual's needs. This class is a 45 minute class geared to those who want or need a more gentle form of yoga. No matter what your current ability or experience level, your teacher will guide you through comfortable yoga moves, stretches and the always enjoyable "relaxation" at the end of class. It is perfect for a beginning yoga student.
Our teachers welcome all levels of students and offer modifications for most poses. However, it is advised that you talk with your teacher before class about any specific health situations.
Note: If you new to yoga, please come 5-10 minutes early to class in order to obtain valuable information from your instructor.
