All Yoga and Wellness Center instructors are certified in their fields and are delighted to work with people of all fitness levels to promote personalized wellness and healthy living. We are overjoyed to provide a space for these instructors - they are all outside contractors, developing their own classes and setting their own prices. ~ NEWER CLASSES THIS SUMMER ~
Chill Out! Averil is offering this FREE class at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesdays and 12:10 p.m. on Thursdays. This class is all about relaxing and letting go of tension and stress. Your choice to sit on a chair or lay on the floor. Nothing to do, nowhere to be - 40 minutes of guided relaxation. Starts July 6th.
Yoga Fusion - a little bit of everything our body craves: interval training, Vinyasa, Yoga, and Pilates - all in one 45-minute class. This started last month, and Megan is now adding an additional day: Every Tuesday and Thursday from 7-7:45 a.m Get your workout in early and feel good all day!
VIIT: Offered on Mondays and Wednesdays at 1:10 p.m. (40 minute class) by Darlene, this is Variable Intensity Interval Training. No matter your fitness level, this is class you must try. Darlene is a Certified Personal Trainer and adjusts her class to the individual participant(s). Check out her flyer on the News & Events tab above.
